Actually i was working as an CNC operator but along with that all line inspection and Final inspection was carried by me itself. I worked more than a year and i was adjusted to everyone. Everyone was supportive and all workers were friendly with me. In any company I'll work with the same spirit because work is worship.

Dislikes

The thing that dissapointed me is I didn't get the experience certificate and also salary slip even after i worked there for more than one year. When I asked them the experience certificate they asked me to continue for another one year and also they said that they won't issue the experience certificate if i leave the company afterthe notice period. This dissapointed me a lot. I'm an be candidate. I have to jump for better companies. Our ganesh hi tech was a small scale one. No career growth was there.
