To be honest there was nothing to get learn or gain. Salary Was Also deducted if the employee can't met the target. Their official can't stand on their own words.

I was a customer care executive there , my role is to resolve customer's query, retain the customer even if he is offensive to me.

Gamma is such a amazing company, good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year, gamma process hub India Pvt ltd is a platform were a fresher can get lot of experience, knowledge and company does ijp's too, support staff is really excellent like Am rabbani, TL Abhishek Joshi, prahalad, RENUKA etc, had a great experience and loved it working with gamma really a good organisation, will miss you gamma and miss uh everyone

Worst management and worst HR policy I have ever seen. In this Covid situation there one process got ramdown they informed us in May and mention in document that our last working day was 21st March.
