Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year, gamma process hub India Pvt ltd is a platform were a fresher can get lot of experience, knowledge and company does ijp's too, support staff is really excellent like Am rabbani, TL Abhishek Joshi, prahalad, RENUKA etc, had a great experience and loved it working with gamma really a good organisation, will miss you gamma and miss uh everyone

Hii , my team leaders are very friendly with us and always encouraged they me and work environment is soo cool for me , whenever we want some breaks they gave us . I learnt some useful things from This organisation . Last but not least my trainers they are very closely and friendly with us they always supported me . Thank you

I have worked for this company for almost 80days in the begging of 2018. this company provides 9500 rs take-home salary for the full-time job from 6 am - 3 pm or 3 pm-12 am and no other facilities. There is no canteen facility on weekends. Despite coming at the right time employees have to weight on an average of 30 minutes to log in and again 30 minutes after your shift to complete the 9-hour working period because there is no proper facility for the sufficient computers, which means you have to waste 1 hour more. when I have joined they said, I have to take only inbound calls with no targets but after 1 month they add any service they want by just informing what it is for 20 minutes and you cannot refuse and you cannot quit because they would hold your next month salary to harass you(you cannot take legal action because your salary not enough to hire a lawyer) so you have to work for next month unwillingly. Employees taken granted in this company. If you have the facebook account they will insist employees to like the facebook pages or some kind of bird pictures every day even after your shift. sometimes they conduct some sessions just before the shift end and it goes an hour and more but you should sit in the session after ending your shift they don't pay any OT for that, cause you already logged out from the system.on average the employees work only 2-3 months in this company. there is no growth in this company even after you worked for two years your salary is as same as the fress employee unless you get a promotion as a team leader then you get salary as 15000 max and it is very rare.

They don't pay salary on time. Lots of politics. When you will decide to leave the company they will harass you. They don't enhance your salary with promotion. HR is very rude. I have wasted my six months of life in this organization.

I don't Like anything in Gamma Even there are no management, no Salary nothing and the Team Leader Jasvinder Gill one of the worst TL ever i have seen in my life, he is stupid and fking man He took my lots of money and didn't give back, Every one Hate him.
