And if they kicks u out (which they do) u'll be doomed. The higher management, especially the founding team don't know the directions they are taking. They aren't removing senior leaders and hiring people to do their work. The design and HR teams are toxic. Too much of nepotism and favouritism in the entire org. The HRs think that the gifts and the sessions and the parties will make the culture better. But what actually should change are the leaders.
