This is one of the worst companies I've ever worked with. Lot of politics, no proper growth, salary wise it's really worst. The work they get from employees won't match with what they get paid. Lot of work pressure. You won't be able to balance your professional life with personal. They expect you to work on weekends too due to more target.

People are there form long time don't teach us everything so that only they are ahead of us everytime, there is always gap between even sdm and other analysts, managers are just assigned as the same but without no empathy, eligibility criteria and eq required for the role, all the drama only through email they hardly care for u , I was harassed left right and centre for disclosing my mental health issues. No insurance benefits, hygienic cafeteria too . * Management was very supportive. Specially my service delivery manager was standing every time when in need. His name is Kent Correa in compliance department. Working hours are also very flexible

HR especially Tulsi will act like she is only running the business..but the fact is she doesn't to read properly and talk properly then also she is thinking herself great communicator and for others she will tell your communication is not upto the mark.. Managers should properly manage HR first

Office is full of work stations ,no place of recreation or relaxation. Cafeteria and pantry services are not good. Parking issues, four wheeler parkings are allowed only for upper ladder management which shows partiality
