Company is running on an edge. Clients are leaving, hired too many resources and now struggling to survive. In the recent past they have cut down lots of perks and hikes. No quick action on promotions. Better to stay away.

Dislikes

Structural. Lack of planning. Ownership. India team is puppet of HC, they just can't take decision by themselves. Everything is managed by Canada team hikes, promotions, everything.

Good at growth. Learning wise not so updated. Particularly bangalore team has no independence to take decision. Everything is controlled from America team.

Dislikes

Biggest con is mandatory work from office. They won't give you wfh option also even if you are under any emergency.
