Seniors are very rude and doing much politics, no growth for the employees, one side growth only for line two managers

Work Details

Was terrible after one year. Line two manager very rude nature and do lots of politics, he never visit the market, all the time sleeping in home. And giving pressure to the juniors. But line one managers also do the blind faith on line 2 managers

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
