Fired many employees.zero knowledge and unprofessional hr like Rajkumar and Priyanka . before joining this company think 10 times .all companies started work from office hybrid mode but this company not started work from office due to space constraints.

1 No job security.hire and fire . No work-life balance 24 /7 work 2.only 6 or 7 projects is running in this company but telling lies we have many projects. 3.in this company project like college type of project.there is no code standard I don't knw how client accepted 4.Politics 5.zero employees benfit 6.many managers and leads staying more than 10 years because they don't have updated skills knowledge and they don't knw how to survive in outside 7.during hiring time recruiter telling we have more than 5k employees but Once i joined this company only 500 employees ....Read More

1.Who are joined new employees facing the issues in few clients project. 2.Senior existing project employees always giving the negative feedback on who are new joined employees. 3.Manager always taking the new joined employees work feed back from senior employees even manager did not cross verify who senior employees given feedbackis geniune or fake . 4.Senior existing project employees treating as fresher for new joined experience employees also.why they doing because of good hike and appreciation. 5.Get the work from new joined employees and they will tell we done this work.this kind of blaming game some employees resigned. 6.who are new joined employees worked 24 hours also senior existing project employees not giving the self respect. 7.Why higher management and HR not taking any action.if this kind of issue facing in project,galaxe reputation will damage in outside and no new employees will join.i request HR and higher management give equal opportunity to newly joined experience employees....Read More

1. Micro management 2. In the name of appraisal you will get peanuts 3. Clients are very rude, they treat us as slave ,the manager and top management also take the client side always. 4. Manager is not at all technical 5. Office politics and favouritism every where 6.updating task on daily basis is itself a task.Lot many portals given to just update for a particular date. 7. Very long and tiring process one updating your task 8. Have to work in a very bad projects which have tones of coding mistakes and standards are not at all maintained. 9. If you want to learn something new then please don't come to this company else you will end up your career solving only bugs. Here the works only include to resolve the bugs that the previous employer had did.

Management is not in situation to identify person skills and his previous experience had helped them in their project. They want versatile skilled person but at time of appraisal they will consider current skill exp Eg: IT exp is 4 yrs and if current skill exp is 6months they will consider this for appraisal. And person with you 2yrs of exp with 1yrs of bench in reputed MNC and his current skill is 6months . Both are same for them....Read More
