One of the worst company with very poor level of management. You will not able to work on your job profile, they will give you work as per their requirement which is very worst thing. So much politics in the company. If any mistake happened by you HOD will not support. Think before applying here

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
