Unofficially, there is no set schedule for office work, which can lead to some uncertainty regarding work hours. Additionally, the payroll does not adequately reflect the skills and responsibilities required for the role, which may leave employees feeling undervalued in terms of compensation. This could be a concern for those who expect a more balanced reward for their efforts and expertise.

They will ask employees to sign a bond of a huge amount 3-5 laks and you will have to give blank cheques of the same amount. And if due to any reasons if you have to leave the company within bond period, be it medical or anything unless you are dead. You will have to pay them the bond amount. And if you abscond there lawyer will send court notices and threaten you to pay the sum also they will deliberately cash in that cheque which will ultimately get bounced ,and they will use this to threaten you as well as cheque bounce is a criminal offence. They say that they will give you training but those trainings are basic security, windows Server, OS DBMS training and the time is so less as to clear the exam you only have to mug up, no other way. Coming to the work culture part,it is total shit. As most of the people working the company might have very little knowledge and people who do have knowledge and experience will never share those learnings to juniors. So, if are thinking to learn from seniors, that's not gonna happen. Also they will mention that within 6 months you will be getting permanent but they will keep on extending it for about an year irrespective of you performance or knowledge. Irrespective of your performance they will put you into support role. There work hours are of 10-11 hours and for the people who are working in support team 12 hrs of shift is there . And just to make people fool they have put up a notice board where work timings written, but it is not being followed. Other than Support team if you are working extra hours you will get no bonus or incentive . Taking about the infra it is good but the people working there are demoralizing as I never saw a single person who was happy to work there. If you are joining as a fresher, my suggestions will be to look for other company. And if you still want to join just keep in mind that they will be taking a blank cheque from you will be used in future to threaten you and torture you. And if you still want to join. I applied for the cloud engineer trainee position from Naukri. First round was GD then Online test of cloud computing questions but the fishy thing is there was 48 MCQ questions of sales in that online test (48 sales ques + 12 reasoning & ability + 12 Cloud computing), they give you a free course link of Udemy, 1hr course it is thenyou will get link to give the test(proctored test). After that comes face to face round where they wont ask you anything just intro and some basic ques related to EC2. Now They will offer you 3 LPA for 3 year bond , even if you are experienced or fresher and they will tell you to sign the bond right away if you need offer letter , you don't have even 1 min to decided whether you want to accept this offer or not(They will ask you to come to office to do this face to face interview, so you can't leave the office without signing the bond if you do , you are disqualified). They dont ask anything technical according to cloud engineer position. Here there is one little scam , They are two positions in this company in cloud , 1.) cloud sales specialist , 2.) cloud engineer trainee . They will do all the process for cloud sales speacialist as I mentioned about 48 sales ques but they will say the position is cloud engineer.
