Enviornment of organization is very good, i have learn a lot of skills from here, job security is 100% and salary comes on time and increment/apraisal criteria is good. Overall it is a good company. Employee can take training which you need for development of skills.

Dislikes

I could not understand politics of the office. Only this is a think i dislike in this office. Salary is good but growth is slow. And work pressure is very high.

Work Details

In the company my work is challenging as i look after the entire management of office, employee, travell and all. It is hectic some yime but i have learbt from this how to work in pressure.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .
