Everything. Terrible office culture. You will face high level of team politics. No professionalism. No job security. No work balance. They literally humiliate you for your small mistake like they didn't do mistake in their two year of career. TL are rude to there team members. If you have option of getting job in these company or bejobless then being jobless is best choice. And they fool you about designation....Read More

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
