Worst place to work. for example, they haven't credited a single leave since the lock down has started last March, the reason is as the employees are working from home so no leaves will be credited. No respect for the employees. Extra long hour of working and the fun fact is they can deduct or hold your salary for no reason. Except for good colleagues, there is nothing to like about this pathetic company

I have seen some of the worst office politics, rude, unethical, and undeserving managers in this company. A couple of the managers here always used to behave indifferently with their female employees. The top management is run by a self proclaimed "Gunda", who acts and behaves like one too. They treated their employees in the worst ways possible during the pandemic, making them come to the office and threatening to suspend and deny resignation if they failed to come to back from their hometown and to the office (suspended many later). One of the managers made an employee, who tested positive for covid, to work by denying him even a single day of leave. Such is the disgusting nature of the managers and the company. Most of the upper level management is just stuck there because they are not capable of finding a job outside and they preach about their so called "Experience". At the time of Appraisal they humilate employee and complaining about employee performance without any reason, so employee can leave the company or stay with previous salary or negligible hike. Also, before leaving company you should serve 2 months notice period or give one month salary to the company. In the notice period they pressurise you to work double than other employees and they give your salary of those months after 120 days after. There is no training or guidance for employees from managers they only shouting when you do mistakes. The company mention in appointment letter working hours 10 am to 7 pm, but actually before 8:30 no one dare to go home. Most of the employees are working there around 10 pm. Who are working on client report and at time of dispacth date they working at 4 am also. Even girls are working 12 am or 1 am at night. Firing of employees according to managers mood. In previous months in food department all new employees are fired without any reason, even HR people are shocked that time. If you're a fresher you'll learn how to deal with difficult situations cause depending on the team there will be a lot of those. honestly some of the managers are smart sellers and you can learn from them but working hours and pressure is crazy.
