Job security - Good

Dislikes

Pressurized work environment. If you are joining as an engineer your manipulating skills must be good because that's what you have to do. Management is really bad although in HR Dept. there are some people taht are not supportive. There is no bond system and salary is also quite good but only for freshers.

Work Details

Job was not intersting at all. Manipulating skills must be good because you have to manipulate that your services are fine. Your role will be totally different than the role that you are hired for.

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
