I work for ACKO for 1.3 years..trust me, no job security, they can fire you anytime they want. No appreciation for your work (I was one of the good performer in emails team), overwork everyday, need to grab their legs even if your actually sick for leaves...the list will go on.

Nothing to tbh. That is why people are leaving. Their cost cutting ways are leading to application downtime in production
