The Turn Around Time from the HR was too long and the Concept of interns working on Saturday was a bit pointless especially when their respective seniors aren't available.

Guys, I have been part of fullcreative for almost 9 years, I will be very honest, we were better than most companies as we were already ahead in many things ex: working from home, they will help you in all ways if your concerns are proper. see I have dislikes as well, but as company they good ethics around team members and we value everyone and help them grow

Dislikes

Managers are open at times but sometimes due to peer pressure they take wrong decision but it happens everywhere, I would say if you like go aboard have life, there isn't much opportunity. You have walk out.

I am developer at full and I do have an experience of 9 years :) my first company BTW. I started my career here and lead few products independly handling one of the platforms in company.

Flexible working hours, learning is compulsory, perks assured for learning.

Dislikes

Seniors(Mentors and Reviewers) will show their attitude. They will be treating intern like school students. But few good people do exist. 9 hours of working is compulsory even for intern.
