Very bad Management , Indian Director is racist. He maintains double standards when it comes to UK, US, Poland team vs Indian Team. He is abusive and bully people , he gets away from everything as he is brother of Company Founder. Next level technical leaders like Engineering Mangers and IT manager are work very hard to keep thereBoss happy, they will do anything for that, including lie and betray the people. As Director is Racist, these mid level mangers are biased.
