Job Change or H1B?

Hi All, Need your suggestions / advice : Currently I am feeling stuck at Work place with low salary. I have 6+ years of experience with 10LPA. I am not happy with Salary after 6+ years in IT looking at Market standards. Also, I have H1B Visa which has validity of 3 years. Around 1 year is already down, and I am waiting for an opportunity in US. Management is telling to be patient and sooner or later will get an opportunity as I have active H1B visa. Should I look for jobs change here in India ? Or should I stay patient with low salary for now and wait for US opportunity?

After the LTI has been merged with Mindtree, the company has become the worst to work with, atleast before even though the salary hike was less but policies were very good but now they have changed all the policies, and made everything worse.. All the new policies implemented by LTI are company oriented.. with 0 benefits to employees.. please don’t work here in this frustrated environment.. no hikes.. no promotions… strict work timings .. they have even stopped giving shift people facilities of cab ..if you are a woman employee please don’t join this company they have even snatched the woman employee safety benefits worst management.Never join this company....Read More
