Hello, I got 32L CTC offer from TCS as an IAM associate consultant. Is it a good package considering I have 10.9 years of experience and in IAM 3.6 years? Rest of the experience is in dot net. If you have a development project, then the growth and upskilling is good, but most projects are maintenance only.

Dislikes

It has the worst work life balance, if deadlines are stressful then it is difficult to survive. Logical discussions are less and blame game is more. People often talk badly and management never accepts their wrong doing.

Need to improve to share actual experience especially at Functionalities of a business either from Own side or Client side. Job security wise it is not good and not bad as well, but need to increase the clients so that will get more opportunities. Dependent on few clients is not so good for employee as part of job security.
