Being into marketing, getting a desk job and getting the lead calls from the customer's end and not doing any cold calling is the part about my profile. The office is in Andheri which is far from my housr so travelling is a little time taking for me.

You can learn a lot of things in a very short spam of time, it gives you confidence and very day we learn different things. The staff is very kind, always open for communications. one of the best companies if want to explore about yourself and learn.

The office timing especially in the morning, 9: 30 am is a little early for me. Wish it was 10:30 am

No job security, on the spot you will be asked to leave the company, initially if fresher makes mistake they don't entertain any, they ask to leave company, be ready to work on sunday, only half hour brake in entire day, even if you took 1 min extra from lunch brake, it is not allowed. Growth is not for graduates they give appraisals growths and promotions to their ibs students only. No matter what you do they will make you feel small only.
