Learning skills in company for employees is very good to know about every equipment use in industrial refrigeration ammonia plant and management and accommodation facilities for employees is excellent and every equipment are designed and manufactured in main branch in Faridabad or equipment details of ammonia refrigeration plant mostly use are high speed screw compressor and reciprocating compressor,all type condenser including shell and tube type or evaporative type or Plate heat exchanger (PHE) or ammonia pump for liquid fluid pumping and high pressure shell and reciever for ammonia gas storage. What i like is also what i dislike, the type of work we have to do is nowhere near to the job role we are assigned, like a production engineer also needs to handle purchase for his/her particular projects, also needs to look out for dispatch of material from company and much more.

Nothing new to learn, old people in the management just won't accept any changes to the system and they just do talking about bringing the change but once a new employee tries to give some ideas and give some initiatives, he's suppressed ASAP just because the higher authorities are just not mentally ready to accept changes, for every action against their "idealogies" you'll hear only one reply, " we are doing this job from the last 30 years and you are going to change everything!??" It seems very funny now but back then when i was fresher, they all got into my nerves. Only 5-10% of your engineering knowledge will be utilised here and rest is just clerical work under illiterate authorities. So much more to say but I'm not like them, so be safe and intelligent and let this company be your last option....Read More
