Dislikes

Work satisfaction, Work life balance, manpower issues, self righteousness, QA Dept. horrible Engineering Department no managers and no proper man power. No fixed working hours...on an avg. everyday it is 12-13 hours Inspire of alternate Saturdays off, most of the time u don't get it and u r paid just a meagre amount for that... Useless documentation enforced and then harassment..
