No doubt that Fresenius kabi oncology Ltd is a great organization, everyone wants to work with kabi group, great learning and career growth opportunities are there.

Dislikes

I just dislike the one thing about FKOL is that benifits for employees are hidden.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
