Earlier it was good But recently company has removed zsm and rsm suddenly so there is no job security and because of this sudden change new zsm has taken a charge but he is not at all professionals he calls employees on holidays and he distrub fron line sales people. If a zsm (zonal sa les manager) is calling sales executive and area sales executive then there is no point of being a ZSM RIGHT But this donkey doesn't know this And there is no job security of they can remove such senior employees then we are penutes infront of them But this not good because after doing all sales target you are removing such senior people then it's worst behaviour being an employer...Read More
