Likes

It's a company with good people with good interpersonal skills. Excellent products with a competitive pricing. Division well established without cannabalisation.

Dislikes

Heirachy not transparent at all. Low pay masters. No guarantee of job. Whims and fancies of the management without discussion. Clarity of marketing very low.

Boring because of no aggression and no exchange of thought process. No brainstorming sessions and no discussions.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)
