There is nothing much to like, except the salary comes on time. Even though the day of disbursement is very very late.

Dislikes

Work life balance is poor here. There is jo direction whatsoever. Whatever the boss says, you have to follow no matter how wrong and damaging it may get. Getting scolded in open is normal here. And norms and made and discontinued in no time, and even without prior notification.

It's a good company, this company is a platform to improve himself, enviroment is good. Every employee has good behaviour, nature. Satisfied salary here according to employees qualities. Work life is growth able, even better experience for future. Awesome company for anything.

Everything is fine here, nothing is for dislike.

Here my position of manger, I have to manage everything, like meeting handling, visit company for meeting, time to time follow up, take care of clients requirements, I try my best to full fill clients requirements on time.
