The very nature of the job is global standards. Each and every individual is treated with respect and every employee is open to share his/her ideas regarding the business. The work life balance is excellent with flexible timings. A great place to work and learn.

Dislikes

There are few options in Gurugram corporate Office, which at times pinches for employees who are from that part of the country and are posted at Chennai.

They treat us like a family. While I am joining they treat every employee as company asset and they do many things for employees and our benefits. So definitely I will miss that experience

Now they are not considering the employees and they are closing the Coimbatore location and moving to Chennai. For this they holding promotions for the employees. If they are ready to move to Chennai they will be promoted or else it will be holder. I didn’t expect this from them so I am disappointed with this activity.
