- Excellent working environment with very helpful peers - Never had any issue accepting leave applications if you have sufficient balance - Relaxable and flexible work hours - I get sufficient time to study and switch between languages & frameworks - You can move into different stacks and frameworks if you and the company feel comfortable that you can do it - You have mentors that give you training sessions and guidance - Extended work from home facility - Combo offs if you have to work during weekends - Great employee referral policies - Dedicated SPOC members to address employee greviances directly with the management...Read More

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
