It is very hard to find a job after they will kick you out in the name of layoffs. Please do not destroy your career. Be patience and join some other company and get a stable career ahead.

Overall a good company with some right vision from the US management team. India operation needs to evolve a lot. Leadership needs to handle critical feedback delicately then trying to be defensive about it. Less bias and open minded approach will help.
