Overall good experiance all my working period but sorry it’s was not 4yrs It’s exactly 18 months I have worked all team are good in their particular departments but there is no growth is staffs and salary and their jobs doesn’t match at all

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Im not sure what to do Can you guys suggest me

Working with flora Grand I have learned many new work related things....was able to do mukti tasking and managers always encouraged and taught and also helped a lot with my work
