Currently the work culture has become bad, previously it was very good. Some management change is not effective on ground. Taking feedback from ground is not very strong, thus the overall culture is getting spoiled.

Over a period of 7 years I have experienced a very good working culture yet aggressive and audacious approach to business. Very competitive yet great peers and stakeholders. However, over the past couple of years, the culture created by the earlier leadership, founders and people have completely vanished, there is no value given for strategy and planning, and it has become a completely top down and “Yes Man” culture. Promotions or career progressions are no more fair and meritocratic. Salary increments have been paused and corrections, if any, are also very biased and dubious. While the processes remain similar like earlier, there is no one overlooking or ensuring these are followed. HR has become weak and they lack backbone. You work life depends on your manager. If you are joining through third party payroll then don't expect any hike or promotion and be ready after 1year of you want to stay you will always get a threat to kick you out from the organisation be it FTC / FTE . Salary structure is very poor. Here promotions happen not considering your work or something but if you have source or can oil your manager then there are possibility. Eg: a manager with 10years of operations experience become a analytics manager in a day and given this fact , he will be getting training from the current data analyst employees. Plus the data analyst who are already working for 3years they wont give you any promotion opportunity rather they will say 'we are unable to pay you salary we don't have budget , if you are interested for promotion by hearing this go for it" . No job security ,problem is with senior management but still medium and junior level employees are being targeted for non performance of any vertical. Senior management are not trust worthy specially in Flipkart grocery vertical if you get job do not join you will spoil your career as there is no learning only office politics.

There is not a single thing to like about them. They have a very dull work environemnt and you can see the dissapointment on peoples faces at the start of the day itself

Your manager will fill you up with lies about why you will not get hike/promotion. No work life balance. Post working hours colleagues/lead will keep bothering you. Meeting deadlines every other day. Managers dont know how to work smart. You will be drained within a month
