Very smart people and surrounded by smart and motivated people Most colleagues are from top colleges Ability to learn and free hand to learn technologies Very approachable top management including Founders

Work satisfaction - Excellent
Company culture - Good
Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

Office can be better. Not much non work activity Founders visit India not often (but available all the time in calls and videos) Top Management too much demanding on quality. No compromise on quality of delivery even if people have to stay back and work. Good for company. Good learning but stressful sometimes Reviews with founders are very difficult.

Work Details

Work policy: they are moving to full flex after 2 months. Now 3 to 4 days but flexible.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
