No management No clearance about the work profile No job security, even after working for months ,you would not receive any salary or very less salary which is just like peanuts not any near to your mentioned package. Company hires on chain system, and do fraud with employees on the name of clearing OJT where in they need to do 1 sale mandatory. Also there is no clear vision of company. Owner does not entertain any suggestions for company growth, and terminate the employee who ask for salary or growth.Moreover they did not have any funds as backup for salary or any growth. Owner only relay on sale, if any month there is no sale, no one would get salary.
