0% Job security. High target achived people favorism. Work Pressure - Insulting by saying that if you won't achieve your target your salary will be deducted. More of a mental torcher rather then pressure which demotivates an employee when it comes to sales. Expecting same target to be achieved as 1 year tenured people within 2-3 months. In the last 3.5 years, I have had the opportunity to work in different departments across Fitterfly - marketing, content and now product.
