Too many. No job security. Micro management with sapience tool. Not employees friendly environment. Higher management only give value to report not to work. One small example people who don't have work keep clicking with mouse and sepience tool consider as he is working another person really work hard but don't give importance to this tool but Fiserv only give priority to people who keep on clicking with mouse not to working one. Job security in -100% every day employee should be in fear what to hear tomorrow even when he/she work hard. Every day they change decisions like hidden *conditions apply. Micro management -(firstIn LastOut) Sapience tool where we need to log 8 hrs but for that we need to move the mouse 11 hrs. 8 hrs in office must , no WFH option sudden layoff even if you gave 100% to work (That's what i did : ) No benefits except health insurance

Fiserv used to be a good org but after it's merger with Firstdata it became pathetic day by day.

It's present status can be called **Tihar Jail** They want you to be at ofc for 9 hours Sapience hours should be 8 hrs mind it which requires you to be infront of system for a min of 10 -11 hrs Zero job security they just read a script and lay off people Forget about appraisals arnd pay increament A d micromanagement is the essence of this org.

Fiserv is a place which thinks minimal of its employees. Worst work life balance they have a tool which micromanages you and your task. Job security is really bad they just fire by saying does not have project requiremt and will not try to reallocate you if there product is closing .

Everything, this company sucks, it has no motive, just a greedy American corporate who just want to increase their share price and earn money, from technology side it is doing nothing, pathetic work culture, poor place full of useless management. No amount of money can justify the way this place treats its employees.
