I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

The colleagues are the best part of the company.

Dislikes

The people team is horrendous, the policies keep on changing as per the companies convenience. They don't care about internal talent, keep promoting people in the US but the same policies aren't applicable in other locations. They have major tunnel vision regarding the companies future and it literally keeps changing every week.
