The best thing about this organisation is that they accept the advice and opinions of their employees, no matter even if you are junior in your team. They give you the flexibility regarding the working time if the work got disrupted by external factors.

Dislikes

Every organisation has their own pros and cons. From my point of view I also do get irritated but it will be manageable with the time. As the environment of firstcry is very supportive and encouraging towards their employees.

Brainbees supports me in this covid situation, and one negative is we are not hire for sale we are account manager and I just love the job ,when they took sales I lost my interest of work not only for me my colids also feel the same

I did not like the sales ,not only for me my colids also feel the same, and claim are received at correct time , below benefits are their nothing benefits I have received

Terrible and pathetic work environment even you will not get 30 min break for having your lunch , High work pressure , 8-9 hrs of continuous working even they will tell you that they will pay you 13 k but when you go for interview they say that we will pay you 8k what nonsense That’s why I left my job will Neva join this company again even there is no carrer growth even if you leave a single call they will put a remark and cut your salary training k bad bhi they will make you leave the job if your score was not up to mark ..
