Job Description :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Engineering Manager to lead and oversee multiple software development projects. This role will focus on building scalable, reliable technology solutions, driving excellence in quality, and mentoring a high-performing engineering team.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze and estimate project features, ensuring accurate timelines and resource allocation.

- Manage team tasks, work allocation, and productivity, ensuring alignment with project goals.

- Evaluate team performance and implement consistent improvement strategies.

- Monitor project progress, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

- Manage infrastructure and project costs effectively.

- Develop scalable and reliable technology solutions in a fast-paced environment.

- Maintain excellence in quality standards across all technical deliverables.

- Build, lead, and mentor teams of top technical talent, fostering professional growth.

- Take full ownership of projects/features, managing engineers and ensuring successful execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Experience :

- 9+ years of professional experience in software development.

- At least 3 years of experience managing software development teams.

Technical Skills :

- Expertise in Node.js and front-end frameworks such as Angular or Vue.js.

- Strong knowledge of transactional and NoSQL databases.

- Deep understanding of messaging systems like Kafka.

- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS).

- Good to have : Experience with data pipelines and Elasticsearch (ES).

- Proficiency in building and scaling large-scale distributed systems.

- Multithreading expertise and experience with scalable systems architecture.
