Job Description:
- We are looking for a strategic and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and oversee the recruitment function, driving the end-to-end hiring process while building a strong employer brand.
- The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to forecast hiring needs, implement innovative sourcing strategies, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract, assess, and hire top talent across all departments.
- Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Supervise and mentor the talent acquisition team, monitoring their performance and ensuring recruitment goals are met.
- Track, analyze, and report on recruitment metrics to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
- Implement innovative sourcing methods, including social recruiting, Boolean searches, and leveraging professional networks.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and provide guidance on effective interviewing techniques.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines to address future hiring needs.
- Develop strategies to enhance employer branding and improve candidate engagement.
- Maintain and update reports related to recruitment metrics and performance.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases to manage recruitment processes and ensure data accuracy.
- Stay updated on market trends and best practices in talent acquisition to ensure competitive hiring practices.
- Partner with internal teams to forecast workforce needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Foster relationships with external partners, including recruitment agencies and job boards.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, professional networks, and innovative sourcing tools.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and report on recruitment metrics.
- Proven ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
