We are seeking a dynamic Online Marketing Manager to lead and execute innovative marketing strategies, oversee event conceptualization, and drive performance across digital platforms.
The ideal candidate will bring a creative mindset, data-driven decision-making skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Conceptualization & Execution:
- Develop and execute creative concepts for online marketing events from initial wireframe creation to final delivery.
- Collaborate with design, content, and sourcing teams to ensure cohesive and impactful execution.
- Manage event timelines, resources, and logistics to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Content Strategy & Creation:
- Draft detailed content briefs for educational materials, ensuring alignment with customer needs and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with content creators and designers to produce engaging educational content and short videos.
- Optimize content for digital platforms to meet engagement and conversion goals.
Performance Analysis:
- Track and analyze the performance of campaigns and events using tools like Mixpanel and Data Studio.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization and future improvements.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead and mentor a team of two executives, ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery.
- Foster a collaborative and growth-oriented team culture.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with product, tech, sales, and customer service teams to align goals and streamline processes.
- Facilitate effective communication between teams for seamless project execution.
Video & Multimedia Creation:
- Oversee the development of engaging short-form video content for digital platforms.
- Ensure video content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
- Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
- 2-4 years of experience as a digital marketing professional, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
- Proven experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g , Mixpanel, Data Studio) to measure marketing performance.
- Strong understanding of market trends, audience behavior, and end-to-end consumer journey analysis.
Other Skills:
- A data-driven approach to solving problems with a knack for numbers.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and creative thinking abilities
