Franchise module is very interesting and gives you a 360 degree experience in retail. Company is very much focussed on improving the quality of its home brands and it's very famous among the mass. If you want towork in first cry make one thing clear in your mind, you have to be on your toe from the first day. You have to be self driven, good in analytics, had good hands on excel. This is a fast paced company, if you are lazy, don't like to travel a lot, don't like pressure then pls keep distance from this company but if you like challenges, likes to work under extreme pressure, always strive for top notch performance, wants to excel in your career then this is the place where you can realize your dreams.
