Good company if you have additional income and looking for work-home balance. Not too many restrictions, as far as you are doing your assigned work on daily basis no one would question or ask you anything about breaks and whatever you were doing. Eight hours shift with 1 hour break and 7 hours of productivity. You will have lot of days when even 7 hours are spent entirely on productivity due to the amount of work you get....Read More

Absolutely not for someone who wants to grow and learn new technology or skills. They are into Mortgage domain and there is hardly any growth in it unless you are favorite of management and get a promotion in as lead or manager. Lot of regionalism and favorism, no one cares about your hard work if you dont butterfying managers. Partiality even in HR department.

Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .
