Its a family business where no job security is available, policy changes on paper. Things and words nicely molded by the HR manger and department manager to show you bad in the eyes of higher management. They can put you on PIP without giving any specific reason and at the time of your leaving they will say you were the best employee but we just needed the higher experience.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
