Just the training team was really good and especially aditya sir.

Shaikh Fahim the AM is racist and is creating hostile environment within the team. He is harassing team members every single day. He makes inappropriate jokes and openly crakes them on floor. He even has threatened some of the team members and has Even made some girls cry because he doesn't have manners to talk. He is biased towardssome of his favourites and is always rude and against some of his non favourite who speaks against him. He has even criticized hindu culture while in a hostile discussion with me. Basically he has done everything and does everything that he shouldn't. I will ask the management and HR of finthrive with closed hands 🙏 to take strict action against this guy....Read More

It's terrible .I used to work in Guam process and management is not at all supportive and gives inventories which are 4-5 years old and non workable . HR is also non supportive towards the employee

The work culture is terrible and worklife balance is bad . I worked in Guam process and the management is poor . Employee turnover is too high as employees leave after a maximum of 1 years of joining and HR is non supportive towards employees , every other day we have meeting with HR who keeps asking employees for job referral as people keep leaving the organisation
