What you will do

• Lead multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time and meet customer satisfaction.
• Achieve revenue targets by accurately forecasting project go-live dates and keeping projects on track.
• Set and manage expectations with stakeholders about project scope, deliverables, and timelines.
• Create and maintain the project plan with stakeholders.
• Work with various teams to ensure quality deliverables are completed on time.
• Identify and resolve issues and risks promptly to keep projects on track.
• Provide weekly status reporting to customers, management team, and internal staff
• Ensure smooth transitions between teams for a seamless customer experience
• Remain knowledgeable of changes in information technology, Project Management processes, and FinThrive objectives

What you will bring

Major Responsibilities/Activities:

• Bachelors Degree in a related field
• 2+ years of Project Management experience in healthcare, revenue management, and SaaS
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment that requires quick turnaround and quality output
• Understanding of PMP, AWS/Azure, Agile, Scrum, Jira
• Highly skilled in the use of personal computers and related software applications, including but not limited to intermediate knowledge of the following Microsoft products: Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook

What we would like to see

• Experience with SmartSheet and Salesforce a plus
