Senior Manager - Contract Loading

Role & responsibilities

• Partner and collaborate across the Contract Manager leadership team to execute on collective goals and provide customers with a consistent experience
• Drive our FinThrive Up Customer Experience culture across the team
• Monitor and analyze KPIs and operational metrics to ensure team is delivering on goals
• Identify operational efficiencies, colleague and customer experience improvements
• Develop and monitor team capacity plans
• Mentorship across your team
• Foster deep understanding of the FinThrive product Contract Manager
• Lead and present in team level and senior leadership team meetings
• Foster a positive team environment by driving standards, consistency, collaboration, accountability, and quality

Preferred candidate profile

• BA/BS in business or related concentration
• Minimum 7 years of experience in a leadership role
• Experience leading teams with multiple people leaders
• Experience working with US healthcare technology company
• Experience with US Revenue Cycle Management
• Minimum 4 years of experience at a SaaS company (software company)
• Experience supervising leaders as direct reports
• Experience working and leading colleagues in an office environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to lead by example by consistent demonstration of teamwork, integrity, respect, excellence, accountability and customer service

• Experience with SalesForce, MS Office, Netsuite, Dayforce
• Six Sigma (Lean) certification
