Dislikes

Outdated technology and higher people in management have not embraced change. Lack of motivation. It all depends who you are reporting to. Job security is at its lowest. Though learnt a good lesson while making a change from one company to another assess the company profile and so some research about higher management to avoid bad surprises

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
