Working Culture is worst , not believing staff, exploring ideas are restricted, wrong commitment in the market to customers. Not reveling NPA status. Different books are maintained to different financer and going against RBI norms. I dont know how financier are funding to this company like this. Lot of politics in the company. Finagg Technology has very good products, I saw the first company that funds for retails, Finagg is a company that insures retailers by taking very few premiums. I got to learn a lot by watching the product and working on the product and liked it.

Although my time at Finagg has been mostly great, one thing that could be better is how different parts of the company talk to each other. If communication between departments was clearer, it cold make things run smoother and help everyone work together better.
