I love the fact that there were opportunities given that helped to prove the capabilities and also grow along.

Dislikes

Only fact is that the mentoring by seniors was not efficient in terms of process and guidance. There was always a confusion and dependencies set in a negative way. If not for a few seniors this should not be a problem.
