More work pressure, life will be hell, boot polishing to managers is more here, no recognition for skilled employees. Less hikes and salary.

Every project group in the company have people's with more than 10-12 years of experience, They are quite accustomed to a bossy type nature which they inherited from their superiors and they have survived a decade. So they are fond of passing the culture to the people's who joins new and they find good interest in the cheap shows. The fnf is heavily funded and its business title insurance doesn't go down or cannot be replaced until a new govt norms are being put up in US. So fnf survives irrespective of predicted recessions , they may encounter some loss in profit .. in worse situations.. that's all , so the people they hold will remain. Eod this is not a good company to settle, but they offer best packages.according to my 12 year experience, I rate this as last position out of my 5 companies. I have suffered humiliation , disrespect, from the leads above me. Even I am a QA lead by designation and I don't have any team under me, but I have many heads to report .
